1Free Reservations – When Payments are Required
When you are reserving a plant for free, a payment isn’t required until the plant has sprouted. I will send you a picture update the day it sprouts, and you will receive an email with a link where you can go and make the payment. There, you will be able to pay either on the website directly, or through the site with the following payment methods: PayPal, PayPal Pay Later, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay. There is also an option to Pay at Pickup.
2Pay at Pickup
Once your plant sprouts and payment is required, there is an option to pay at pickup where you can pay with cash, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal. Though, since we require a payment once your plant has sprouted, we do require a $5 deposit just to keep the plant under your name. This will go towards the cost of your order. After you choose the Pay at Pickup option and submit your order, we will reach out via your preferred communication method in regards to the $5 deposit. This deposit is refundable if you no longer want your seedling after it sprouts, but if you decide you no longer want your seedling the day it is ready, then it will not be refunded.
3Unable to Pay When the Plant Sprouts
There is a 7 day grace period if you cannot make the payment the day it sprouts. It will still be reserved under your name, but if a payment isn’t made within 7 days after your plant has sprouted then your name will be taken off the plant and relisted. If you need longer than 7 days and want to keep your name on the plant, you can extend your hold time here at an additional cost.
4Refund After Plant Has Sprouted
If you no longer want your seedling after it sprouts, but you’ve already made the payment, you can ask to get a full refund up until the day it is ready to go home. I give you a three day heads up once I have repotted your seedling, and at that time I will provide the exact date it will be ready to go home. You can ask for a refund within those 3 days if you decide you no longer want your seedling, but by the date I said it will be ready, I will not provide a refund.
5Unable to Pickup Seedling When Ready
If you can’t come and pick your seedling up right away, I will hold onto your plant for a maximum of 1 week. If you need me to hold onto it for more time, you can go to this listing and purchase a longer hold time. If you still have not gotten your plant 1 week1 after the day it was ready, and have not purchased the extended hold time, I will take your name off the plant — it will be relisted and there will be no refund.
6Return Policy
We do not accept returns. Once you have your seedling, all sales are final.
